RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write blog posts for our website
- Able to create web and social media graphics.

Create e-marketing campaigns using MailChimp and Zoho on a weekly basis
- Produce social media campaigns to gain brand awareness
- Update our website with latest project copy and photos
- Write case studies for our marketing collateral
- Write and create brochures, flyers, pamphlets, etc…
- Help create PowerPoints for Lunch and Learns
- Help maintain our yearly scholarship
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Graphics background preferred

Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Ability to adapt to our company’s voice

Blog writing and social media marketing experience
- Knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite products a plus

Good spelling, proofreading, grammar, and editing skills

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized
- Experience with engineering, architecture, or construction industries also a plus

FOLLOW-UP ON NATIONAL LEADS FOR PAVING PROJECTS CONSIDERING PERMEABLE PAVEMENT

EDUCATE AND ASSIST ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS AND CONTRACTORS ON THE FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF TRUEGRID PRODUCTS AND HOW TO BEST USE FOR THEIR SPECIFIC APPLICATION

GIVE LUNCH AND LEARN PRESENTATIONS REGARDING STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND PERMEABLE PAVERS
-
WORK WITH CLIENTS BY REVIEWING SITE SPECIFIC SOIL CONDITIONS, STORMWATER DETENTION NEEDS AND QUOTING PRODUCT FOR THEIR PROJECTS.

80% PHONE SALES AND SUPPORT, 20% OUTSIDE SALES

WORK WITH CITY OFFICIALS AND ENGINEERS ON CODES

PROVIDE TECHNICAL INPUT AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR TRUEGRID SYSTEMS

PERFORM ANALYSIS AND SPECIFICATION DEVELOPMENT

PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTS AND THE TEAM

WRITE BASIC CASE STUDIES AND WHITE PAPERS

BE THE ENGINEERING EXPERT ON PAVING, PERMEABLE PAVING AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT

REPRESENT OUR BRAND WITH POSITIVITY, INTEGRITY AND HELPFULNESS

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND REPEAT BUSINESS

Basic Qualifications:
-
ABILITY TO BUILD A LEGO MODEL WITH OR WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS!

B.S. IN CIVIL ENGINEERING, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD. P.E. PREFERRED.

PAVING AND/ OR STORM WATER MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

TECHNICAL PRODUCTS SALES EXPERIENCE WITH TRACK RECORD.

INTEGRITY AND EXEMPLARY BUSINESS ETHICS.
